Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, World-Renowned Business Educator and Coach, Named as One of the Keynote Speakers for Leadership Excellence and Development Forum (LEAD2018)

HR.com has announced that Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, Business Educator and Executive Coach, has been confirmed as a keynote speaker for LEAD2018 in Salt Lake City on February 7th.

Marshall is considered the World’s Most Influential Leadership Thinker. He helps people understand how the beliefs and the environments everyone operates in can trigger negative behaviors. Through simple and practical advice, he helps others achieve and sustain positive behavioral change. Marshall is the author of three New York Times and Wall Street Journal bestsellers, and Amazon listed two of his books on its Top 100 Leadership & Success Books to Read in a Lifetime list.

Currently, Marshall is executing his newest legacy project to pay it forward with The Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches program where he will “adopt” 100 thought-leaders to educate them on his career expertise and concepts at no charge. The only condition is that they have to pay it forward by passing on their principles and beliefs in their later years.

“We’re so honored to have Dr. Goldsmith as a keynote speaker at LEAD2018. As one of the great thinkers and leaders who have influenced the field of management in modern business, he will elevate the level of inspiration and potential in all of us,” stated Debbie McGrath, CEO and Chief Instigator, HR.com.
