This product is the first in the Birkman at Work toolkit series developed to empower organizations to cultivate stronger teams. Birkman at Work is a completely new offering for Birkman that provides resources to host dynamic team building workshops quickly and easily.
The Birkman Map: Usual Behavior & Needs toolkit translates the powerful personality data from the widely respected Birkman Method assessment into a simplified, interactive workshop. Developed by expert facilitators, the toolkit can be used by anyone who wants to lead a team building workshop, but doesn’t have the time or resources to build one themselves. Those who participate in the workshop will have the opportunity to discover their Usual Behavior and Needs, which reflect defining personality traits that affect workplace collaboration and overall performance.
