NEW YORK, February 16, 2010 — Antoinette Petrucci, a 30-year veteran of human resource consulting, has re-joined the Pittsburgh office of Buck Consultants as a principal in its national Compensation practice.
Petrucci most recently worked for Mercer Human Resource Consulting where she was a senior compensation consultant and principal in its Human Capital practice. Having gained a deep and broad knowledge of the human resource consulting industry throughout her career, Petrucci will use her vast experience at Buck to provide clients with strategies to address complex talent management and compensation issues.
“Antoinette has worked in a variety of sectors and provided consulting services to some of the largest companies in the United States,” said Harry Reinhart, Buck Pittsburgh market leader. “Her strong reputation in the industry along with her breadth of experience will ensure practical and effective solutions for our clients as they work to develop compensation programs that reward employees for helping them meet their business goals while at the same time considering the limited financial resources available in this economy.”
Petrucci is a graduate of West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public administration. She is a frequent speaker on employee rewards and engagement issues.
