Applications now open for the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces(TM) Awards

Toronto and San Francisco – Achievers, the leader in employee recognition and rewards software, announced today the opening of applications for the 2013 50 Most Engaged Workplaces(TM) Awards, which recognize top employers in the U.S. and Canada that display leadership and innovation in engaging their workplaces.

This year’s awards will be decided by a panel of 14 of HR’s most influential thought leaders, and organizations will be evaluated based on programs, policies, and structure through the lens of the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement:

1. Leadership
2. Communication
3. Culture
4. Rewards and Recognition
5. Professional and Personal Growth
6. Accountability and Performance
7. Vision and Values
8. Corporate Social Responsibility

“Being a top engaged employer means a commitment to the happiness and productivity of an organization’s employees. Engaged employees are committed, passionate, and inspired; they inspire others by example,” says Razor Suleman, founder and chairman, Achievers. “They care about the future of the company and are willing to invest discretionary effort to make sure the company succeeds. The Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces(TM) Award winners represent the best employers to work for in the U.S. and Canada.”

Winners will be announced in January 2014, and awards galas will be hosted for U.S. and Canadian winners in February and March 2014. All companies with 200 or more employees are eligible to apply for the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces(TM) Awards.
