DALLAS, April 12, 2011—Assess Systems has been chosen to speak at the Annual Conference of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), to be held April 26-28 in San Diego.
The annual conference draws the country’s top industrial-organizational psychologists to discuss current issues and emerging trends in the workplace. Presentations will feature a wide range of workplace issues, encompassing every aspect of industrial-organizational psychology.
The Assess Systems team will participate in three sessions:
-Carol Jenkins, Ph.D., vice president of consulting services for Assess, will participate in the panel discussion, “Tail Wagging the Dog: Applicant Tracking System Effects on Assessments.”
-Nila Sinha, Ph.D., manager of consulting services for Assess, will participate in a panel discussion, “Alternate Methodologies for Assessing Culture Fit in the Applied Realm Faced by Both Internal and External Consultants.”
-Sarah Glass, M.A., vice president of consulting services for Assess, will be part of a symposium on “Challenges in Optimizing Situational Judgment Tests Across Organizational Contexts.”
