Berkshire Associates President Named 2011 Leading Woman

COLUMBIA, MD—October 19, 2011, Beth Ronnenburg, SPHR, President of Berkshire Associates, a human resource consulting and technology firm that assists companies in building their ideal, balanced workforce, has been named one of The Daily Record’s 2011 Leading Women.

The Daily Record created the Leading Women award in 2010 to recognize professionals under the age of 40 who have been successful across Maryland. Leading Women identifies fifty women who are forty years old or younger, for the tremendous accomplishments they have made so far in their career. They are judged on professional experience, community involvement and their commitment to inspiring change.

The Leading Women winners will be honored on Thursday, December 1, at a dinner reception, held at the Hyatt Regency in Baltimore, MD. Winners will also be profiled in a special magazine that will be included in the December 2 issue of The Daily Record.

Upon receiving this award, Beth stated, “To be named a Leading Woman among such esteemed professionals is an honor. My professional journey so far has been incredible, and that is due in part to my amazing mentors. Early in my career I had the privilege of learning from an inspirational female entrepreneur, Dawn S. Hyde, Founder of Berkshire Associates. Working with such a supportive employer, who opened opportunities and encouraged upward movement, was inspiring. I have honed my business and leadership skills over the years, and as President of Berkshire Associates I look forward to supporting others like Dawn supported me.”
