Colleen Cowley has over 15 years of full cycle recruiting experience with a specialty in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device industries. Most recently, Colleen was a Staffing Consultant for Allergan where she provided strategic support to the R&D team. Prior to Allergan, she was a Client Services Manager at HRLink. Colleen’s subject matter expertise has deep roots: she holds a degree in Chemical Technology from Irvine Valley College, and began her career as a Chemist in the Semiconductor Micro Resist Group for Morton, Inc.
