Before joining LifeCare, Klinger was President of Bee Mountain LLC, an investor and advisor to companies and fund managers in the healthcare, internet media and enterprise software sectors. Prior to this, he worked at Monster Worldwide, where he was President of Monster North America, leading Monster.com, Monster.ca and public sector enterprise software provider, Monster Government Solutions.
Prior to his career at Monster, Klinger worked for 10 years at CIGNA Corporation, a global health services company. He spent seven years as President of CIGNA Health Services, a leader in specialty healthcare services. In this role, he led the following companies: Intracorp, CIGNA Dental, CIGNA Information Management (clinical informatics software), CIGNA Behavioral Health, CIGNA Vision, CIGNA Pharmacy and Tel-Drug.
