ERC recognizes client services growth with promotion

For immediate release
[Norwalk, CT: July 20, 2011] ERC Dataplus, a nationally recognized provider of talent acquisition technologies, has announced that Courtney Hibbard has been named its Vice President-Product and Account Management, effective July 1, 2011.

Ms. Hibbard has been employed by ERC since 2004, shortly after her graduation from the University of Bridgeport with a B.A. in Communications. Since joining ERC, she has taken on roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Ms. Hibbard was the company’s Director of Client Services, leading the client support organization and account implementations. In her new position, she will continue to report to ERC’s President Peter Clarke as she manages accounts, directs training of key client managers, and ensures post-implementation support and service quality. She will also act as liaison between clients and the ERC programming team.

The ERC programming team also adds a key position this month, with the hiring of Ellen Hanington as Software Business Analyst. Drawing on more than 15 years experience in software development and information technology, Ms. Hanington will report to IT Director Debbie Flynn, and focus on client support issues, specification writing and database projects.

“We are pleased that our growth has created opportunities for both current and new employees to advance their professional careers,” says ERC President Peter Clarke. “As providers of talent acquisition and development technologies, it is gratifying to `walk our talk.’ And we are certain these key employees will create real value for our clients.”
