Former Bank of America executive joins Rideau Recognition Solutions

Montreal, New York City, and Atlanta. September 13th, 2010 — Rideau Recognition Solutions has announced the appointment of Kevin J. Cronin as Executive Vice President of Client Strategy, Solutions and Implementation.

Currently President to the leading trade association for employee motivation, Recognition Professionals International, Kevin’s role at Rideau is expected to strongly support the company’s growth while bringing the buyer viewpoint to the provider landscape.

With over 15 years of experience in the recognition field, Kevin J. Cronin was most recently Senior Vice President of Recognition & Rewards at Bank of America and was responsible for the strategy and execution of all the Bank’s recognition & rewards programs which covered over 200,000 employees. According to the Herman Group, companies who use recognition as a business strategy outperform companies that don’t by 30 to 40 percent.
