Hogan Announces Development Programs Schedule: Certification Workshops Empower Coaches, HR Professionals to Create In-House Development Programs

Hogan Assessment Systems announced its 2012 Hogan Development Programs schedule. The programs are tailored to certify executive coaches, HR practitioners, training professionals, and I-O Psychologists to use Hogan’s powerful suite of assessment tools.

“By training attendees to use Hogan’s unrivaled assessment tools, we empower them to administer employee assessment and develop in-house education programs,” said Rodney Warrenfeltz, Ph.D., managing partner at Hogan.

The two-day Hogan Assessment Certification Workshop provides a comprehensive tutorial on three of Hogan’s core assessments: the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI); Hogan Development Survey (HDS); and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI). Participants who attend both days and successfully complete the workshop will be certified to use and interpret the inventories.

Certification Workshops will be in Atlanta, GA, at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center. Dates for the workshops are February 21-22, May 8-9, July 17-18, August 28-29, November 27-28, and on a date TBA in October.

The program is approved for (General) recertification credit hours through the HR Certification Institute and for continuing education credits through the American Psychological Association.

In addition to its Certification Workshops, Hogan offers Advanced Certification Workshops, Online Certification Workshops, and Leadership Formula.
