HR Chally Hires Scott Runkle as Director of Business Development

Chally is pleased to announce a new business development representative to help present our talent management services to prospects and clients.

Dayton, Ohio, January 20, 2010 – HR Chally, a research-based talent management company, announced the hiring of Scott Runkle as their new Director of Business Development. In this role, he is responsible for helping our current and prospective clients maximize the benefits available with Chally Services. In addition, Scott will look for new business opportunities directly as well as through strategic partners such as AchieveGlobal and American Management Association. Scott comes to Chally with over 21 years of success in his previous business development and sales roles.

Prior to HR Chally, Scott has spent over the past decade working in the Human Capital Management space at Development Dimensions International (DDI), SuccessFactors and the Caliper Corporation. In these strategic sales roles Scott has been a consistent top performer who has sold and implemented a multitude of global best practice talent management solutions including: selection/assessment solutions for hiring, global assessment/development solutions for workforce and leadership development, automated performance and goal management Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, automated succession planning solutions, and leadership/ workforce training solutions. In addition to his experiences and accomplishments as a sales person, Scott is also a certified behavioral interviewer, as well as facilitator.
