Employers offer incentive and a monthly stipend to those using their own device, as opposed to paying for a second phone and plan for each employee. This regulatory boost is one example of a strategic effort to keep employees engaged and connected to the company brand using new technologies, and it showcases how mobile connections are becoming mainstream.
