BURLINGTON, Mass. – Three executives representing various areas within human resources and information management are joining the board of directors of the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM). IHRIM is the leading professional association for knowledge, education and solutions supporting human capital management.
David Brook is director of HR systems for the Southern California Medical Group, a nonprofit entity within Kaiser Permanente that consists of 7,000 physicians and 35 non-physician executives. He manages all HR application solutions and an independent business unit that performs third-party reimbursement enrollments.

He also is responsible for directing the deployment of all HR system implementations.
Returning to the board is Nov Omana, founder of Collective HR Solutions. Omana, former IHRIM chairman, has worked in the HR technology arena for more than 30 years, assisting companies with structuring their HR systems to address and solve their business challenges. He currently serves on the association’s HRIM Foundation board as well.
“IHRIM is fortunate to add Nov, David and Mario to our board of directors,” said John Greer, IHRIM chair. “These business leaders bring an understanding of the challenges facing HR systems professionals today and a commitment to our association and the profession.”
