Many companies find that telecommuting has a variety of benefits, including the ability to recruit and retain employees regardless of their geographic proximity to the company, improved employee work-life balance, lower office space expenses and increased productivity – all with bottom-line impact. With the amount of technological tools available today, a virtual workforce does not have to mean employee disengagement or the loss of team collaboration.
