Impact Achievement Group Article Advises New Managers on Effective Delegation

SEATTLE — December 21, 2010 — Learning to effectively delegate appropriate tasks and prevent upward delegation are critical components of successful management. A new article by Impact Achievement Group gives new managers actionable tips for successfully assigning work tasks.
