(Cambridge, MA) – The 40-year innovator of advanced methods for developing leaders, Interaction Associates (IA), will present an exclusive hands-on web event for executives, team leaders, and managers called, “Tools for Remote Team Leadership: Build Trust and Connection Online.”

The web event is designed to foster deeper collaboration and success with online meetings. It will take place Wednesday, November 3, 1:00-2:30 pm Eastern Time/10-11:30 am Pacific.

Registration is $129, which includes access to the live interactive event, and the recording.

“Building relationships online is typically very difficult for leaders— even those with excellent people skills,” said Linda Dunkel, President and CEO of Interaction Associates. “But Interaction Associates has cracked the code on overcoming some of the most common obstacles. We will show how to overcome barriers and truly engage people online by practicing some powerful, practical online leadership skills.”

The web event will offer live instruction and hands-on breakout sessions. You will learn how to:
-increase engagement in online meetings
-keep people focused and on track
-create meaningful human-to-human connections
-monitor what’s going on — for example, know when people are agreeing or disagreeing
-share responsibility for the process so the responsibility for success is not all on me
-leverage differences in culture, style, and experience
-ensure the alignment of team members, so they leave the meeting with the same message and action plan

In addition to the 90-minute experience, participants will receive a package outlining the specific facilitative tools and techniques that will be demonstrated and practiced in the session.
