The webinar focuses on boosting HR industry learning by educating HR professionals about how to best utilize college recruiting.
Presenting will be organizational development professional Avi Singer, who is currently serving as Vice President of People for Undertone Networks. Singer has experience in management, leadership development, and social networking, and plans to provide insight and advice on how to get the most out of college recruiting efforts.
Singer’s presentation will map out strategies on how to successfully recruit interns from targeted colleges and universities, by establishing and maintaining strong, academic relationships.
Singer will educate hiring managers on how to compete with well-known and highly desirable companies and provide solid metrics to demonstrate how great interns can become great employees. He will also point out key factors to look for during the recruitment process, such as a great cultural fit and why it is important to an organization. Lastly, Singer will provide insight about how Undertone measures success in their internship program.
