JAMES MENDES NAMED MANAGING DIRECTOR OF FUTURESTEP ASIA
SINGAPORE, March 12, 2010 — Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company (NYSE:KFY) and leader in strategic talent acquisition solutions, today announced that James Mendes has been appointed Managing Director of Futurestep Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, India, Japan, Hong Kong and China). He will be based in the Firm’s Hong Kong office.
Mr. Mendes joins the Futurestep with an extensive outsourcing and talent management background. For the past ten years, he has negotiated and managed complex cross-border outsourcing and talent management projects in Europe and Asia Pacific, working with global companies in the banking, IT, telecommunications, property and manufacturing sectors.
Most recently, he served as as Managing Director and Sales Director Asia for Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS). Prior to AMS, he was with Capital Consulting, where he served initially in Europe before founding the Capital Consulting business in Asia, establishing a market leading business in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.
