LOS ANGELES, December 10, 2010 —Futurestep, a Korn/Ferry company today announced that Kevin Copithorne has joined the organization as its Consulting Services Practice Manager in Canada. The addition of dedicated consulting services leadership in Canada reflects the growing presence of Futurestep and its Newman Group division as providers of talent management consulting services in the region.
Futurestep’s Canadian consulting services solutions draw on the global talent management expertise of Korn/Ferry International and reflect the continued growth and success of its U.S.-based consulting organization, The Newman Group. With more than 15 years of experience in the human capital management field, Mr.Copithorne has consulted internationally to more than 45 midi-sized to Fortune 500 companies on both a regional and global basis. He has published a number of articles and been a sought-after presenter and facilitator on broad talent management issues. In his role, Mr. Copithorne will oversee the growth of talent management consulting as part of Futurestep’s suite of services in Canada, complementing the company’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Project-based Recruitment and Mid-level Recruitment services.
