SANTA CRUZ, California, August 19, 2010—The Glowan Consulting Group announced today that Kevin W. Grossman has joined the company as a principal and senior business consultant effective immediately.
In his new role, Grossman will work closely with Glowan’s principal team in delivering leadership development and executive and business coaching programs, as well as steering business development activities.
Grossman most recently served as president of HRmarketer.com, and he will continue to serve as director of the company’s newly formed marketing advisory board. HRmarketer.com is a product of Fisher Vista, LLC, a marketing software and services firm that focuses exclusively on the human capital and healthcare markets.
Grossman’s career spans more than 23 years of successful marketing communications, business and employee development, talent management and general management experience in the human resources and recruiting services industries and with high-tech and higher education sectors. His expertise also includes team-building, formal and informal learning and organizational development.
