MDA Leadership and Macy's Executives to Discuss New Macy's Talent Pipeline at SHRM 2013 Strategy Conference

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (Oct. 1, 2013) – Scott E. Nelson, executive vice president of consulting services and partner of MDA Leadership Consulting, will discuss the new Macy’s talent pipeline with a senior human resources executive from Macy’s at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) 2013 Strategy Conference.

Nelson and Sherry Hollock, senior vice president of Talent and Organization Development for Macy’s, will present “Behind the Magic of Macy’s New Leadership Pipeline” on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at 2 p.m. at the SHRM Strategy Conference at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina.

Conference attendees will hear how Nelson and Hollock developed a breakthrough new business-based talent pipeline for Macy’s to improve the retailer’s talent quality, individual performance, bench strength, sales growth and business prospects.
