Estée Lauder, RaceTrac, and PVH Among Companies Recognized for Best Practices in Employee Recognition

October 18, 2012 — Long Island City, NY — Michael C. Fina, a leading family-owned provider of global employee reward, recognition, and incentive solutions, is pleased to announce the winners of their fourth annual Rose Awards. Named after cofounder Rose Fina, The Rose Awards are meant to honor companies who celebrate best practices in employee recognition and engage their workforce by fostering a culture of pride, integrity, and respect within their organizations.

This year’s Rose Awards honor 10 organizations representing a wide range of industries across several categories. They were selected based upon critical success factors for any employee recognition strategy, including employee participation rates, ease of administration, use of technology, and data delivery. “We feel very fortunate,” said President Ashley Fina. “These organizations understand the true power of partnership, and how recognition not only drives business results, but changes the way an entire company feels about what they do. We learn from them every day.”
