New SonicPerform Release Features New Performance Analytics and Multi-Reviewer Feedback

SonicPerform 2.4 Closes the Gap for Cytiva’s User Friendly Performance Appraisal Software

EMERYVILLE, CA — December 14, 2010 — Cytiva Software, Inc. (CRX:TSX.V), a leading provider of SaaS (Software as a Service) talent management solutions, announces the release of SonicPerform 2.4, with new Analytics Dashboards and Multi-Reviewer Feedback.

Newly released SonicPerform 2.4 includes nearly a dozen feature enhancements and several revisions, all designed to increase the strategic value, efficiency and usability of Cytiva’s highly respected SaaS employee performance management software. Major enhancements in SonicPerform 2.4 include:

• New Analytics Dashboards that allows users to easily view and interpret key performance indicators. Different analytics can be defined for different roles in your organization to better understand goals, ratings, statuses, and performance trends. SonicPerform’s numerous configurable analytics turn your data into more than just numbers. In addition to graphical data on the review process itself, organizations can get quick reads on where their competency strengths and weaknesses lie, how well key organizational goals are supported across the company, ratings distribution by organizational unit and much more.

• A new Multi-Reviewer Feedback feature. This lighter take on more inflexible 360 systems, allows reviewers to easily gather and organize informal feedback that can be included on the employee’s review.

• Several additional pre-defined approval workflows that can be individually assigned to review forms. These new options, as well as user defined approval flows can handle complex and varied approval processes.

SonicPerform’s software as a service (SaaS) model allows Cytiva to continuously roll out new enhancements on a quarterly basis and all clients can quickly take advantage of the new functionality.
