Noted author and consultant Christopher W. Pritchard (SPHR) joins Hire4ce's executive team.

Pritchard is the author of 101 Strategies for Recruiting Success (AMACOM, 2006) and a recognized expert in delivering enterprise-wide optimization of recruiting and talent management processes and outcomes. He joins Hire4ce, Inc. as a partner within its growing Executive Search division; specializing in Diversity-sensitive placement of senior executive and other mission-critical talent.

Pritchard’s Masters of Education degree from Kent State University is coupled with postgraduate studies in Organization Development and Psychology at both Southern California University of Professional Studies and the Gestalt Institute. His 20+ year career has been dedicated to helping organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent while improving the bottom line by reducing cost-per-hire, days-to-fill, turnover rates, and other key indicators of success.
