OTTAWA, Canada, 29 March, 2011 – Human Resource Systems Group, Ltd. (HRSG), international leader in competency-based tools and systems, announced today that it has been awarded a contract by the Organization for Economic Co-Operation and Development (OECD) to supply its i-SkillSuite® competency dictionary for the integration of competency profiles for all jobs within the organization.
Backed by 34 member countries, the OECD promotes policies that improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world. In addition, the OECD measures productivity and global flows of trade and investment, sets international standards and works with governments to understand the drivers of economic, social and environmental change.
Under the new contract, HRSG delivers its i-SkillSuite® competency dictionary to the OECD, enabling it to integrate competency profiles for all roles within the organization, including Legal, Economist, and Media Relations. These general and technical profiles are best practice standards for learning development, employee assessments and hiring decisions. This partnership was secured based on i-SkillSuite®’s versatility and ability to easily configure to the OECD’s existing HR structures.
HRSG and the OECD are also partnering to develop additional competencies tailored to the particulars of this international organization. Building on HRSG’s extended library, these additional competencies are to be used and vetted by the OECD, in a collaborative effort to develop, among others, legal and marketing competencies.
