Performance Expert, Alan Fine to Speak at HR West 2013

Session to focus on preparing high-potential employees to assume leadership roles

(Salt Lake City, UT, April 9, 2013) Alan Fine, performance coach, author and co-developer of the G.R.O.W.(R) Model, is scheduled to speak at HR West 2013. HR West is an annual conference hosted by the Northern California Human Resources Association (NCHRA), the region’s largest association for human resource professionals. Alan will present, “Developing Next Generation Leaders for Future Growth” On Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at 3:15-4:30.

Many organizations have found they don’t have experienced, capable employees prepared to assume leadership roles. At HR West 2013, Alan’s will present, “Developing Next Generation Leaders for Future Growth.” This leadership session will introduce the fundamentals of a high performance environment and will explore how reducing interference and creating focus allow high-potentials to work creatively and cooperatively with human resource and senior executives to meet leadership goals.
