PARSIPPANY, NJ, February 27, 2012 — Margaret-Ann Cole has joined Right Management to serve as Career Management Practice Leader for the company’s Northeast Region. Right Management is the talent and career management expert within ManpowerGroup.

During Cole’s 25 years of consulting experience she has held senior leadership positions at DBM, Towers Watson and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
Cole graduated from Fordham University with an undergraduate degree in economics and psychology and earned a global executive MBA from TRIUM, an alliance of New York University’s Stern School, the London School of Economics and the HEC Management School of Paris. She currently serves as an officer on the Board of Directors of the Fordham College Alumni Association.
Cole resides in Long Valley, NJ, and will be based out of Right Management’s Parsippany office.
