The mobile Apps are available for free download from Google Play or the iTunes Store. Once the app is downloaded, users simply enter their customer ID number and current login credentials for immediate access to SmartSearch® recruiting software from their smart phone. The mobile Apps allow users to look up candidates, business contacts or job records, add information and notes, as well as access the Work-In-Progress dashboard menu of recruiting activity to review candidate submittals, interviews, offers, and much more. SmatSearch® staffing agency users can also access their call list, on-assignment list, and sales activity. Features include the ability to send email or one-click dialing to place a call.
