Auckland, New Zealand 22 March 2011 — Sonar6, the performance management software innovator, has hired Graham Allen to head the growing Sonar6 development and QA teams.
Graham has over 10 years experience in leading software product development teams. Specializing in enterprise web applications, he has led teams across a number of markets including HR, healthcare, utilities, travel, telecommunications and online media. Prior to software, Graham was a research scientist holding academic positions in Universities in US, UK, Australia and NZ.
His priority is increasing the development pipeline and improving the predictability of Sonar6 delivery to a growing international customer base.

Sonar6 is recruiting additional staff to increase development capacity and cater to soaring demand; the development team has doubled in size since the beginning of the year.
Sonar6 CEO John Holt says the new appointments will greatly increase development capacity while improving the already world-class systems in place.
