Mr. Lukens brings more than 20 years of relevant industry, marketing, and strategic consulting experience to his new role.

Mr. Lukens served as an executive with Augustine, an RPO firm recently acquired by TalentFusion, from 2004 to 2009 and an advisor from 2010 to 2012. He played a critical role in developing Augustine into a well-regarded global provider of recruitment process outsourcing services. Prior to Augustine, Mr. Lukens was the managing partner of a management consulting firm and an executive at a leading health care company. Mr. Lukens currently serves on the Board of several community and not-for-profit organizations.
