In this complimentary TALX eSeminar, speakers from global technology giant Dell, leading test publisher Hogan Assessment Systems, and pan, a TALX company, will review leadership assessment from two perspectives — cultivating leadership and avoiding derailment. Attendees will learn what tools exist within all levels of the organization to identify potential leaders and help them understand their own strengths and weaknesses. Speakers will also provide guidelines for identifying and avoiding derailment at the top leadership levels and share research that uncovers character traits of successful leaders and which personality defects are associated with poor leadership.

Talent manager, Brandy Agnew, will describe how Dell’s internal leadership development strategies and assessment practices have helped them become an industry leader.
