Turbulent Times: HR's Role is Managing Change

Register Today for IHRIM’s Jan. 13 Webinar

In today’s business environment, every organization is experiencing change. As a result, special expertise and processes are needed when dealing with the organizational, people, process, and technology aspects that occur with larger change efforts – such as new technologies or new systems implementation – to ensure minimal business disruption.

To help explain the role that human resources plays in the process of change, the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) is hosting a Jan. 13 webinar, Turbulent Times: HR’s Role is Managing Change. Karen Beaman and Michael Kent of Jeitosa Group International will present tools, tips and best practices that human resource professionals can use to more effectively managing change in the new digital, virtual, global, mobile world we now live in.

Beaman, CEO, has more than 25 years experience in information systems and human resource management. She is editor-in-chief of the IHRIM Journal and has edited four industry-focused books. Kent is chief human resource officer for Jeitosa, and has expertise in HR strategy, metrics, employment branding, change management, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, talent management, diversity and business ethics.

Complimentary to members, IHRIM is conducting the webinar to allow member companies to educate a large number of employees at once, reduce travel expenses and maintain consistent levels of productivity by eliminating time out of the office. Non-members pay $95 per site. This program has been approved for recertification credit hours toward PHR and SPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute.
