University Sales Education Foundation hosts Driving Growth in the New Global Economy Forum

Dayton, Ohio, August 20, 2010 — A 2010 IBM study revealed that 95% of CEO’s viewed “getting closer to the customer” as the most critical challenge facing them in the next five years. With that in mind, The University Sales Education Foundation will host leading sales experts, Neil Rackham and Andy Zoltners, for an executive briefing to address how sales leaders can drive customer loyalty and growth in the current economy. The program will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 28th from 9am until noon at DePaul’s University Center in Chicago.

Driving Growth in the New Global Economy: The Science of Sales and Customer Loyalty will include a discussion with Rackham and Zoltners, moderated by Howard Stevens, CEO of Chally Group Worldwide. In addition, Mary Delaney, President of Personified (a division of CareerBuilder) will present findings from the USEF/CareerBuilder sales lifestyle research. Attendees will be asked to provide specific areas of concern for discussion in the final session, and the program will be filmed by ThinkTV, a public television station, for use in their second sales-focused special, The Science of Sales.
