Validity Screening Solutions Named Finalist for the Kansas City Business Journal 2010 Best Places to Work

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — August 24, 2010 — Validity Screening Solutions, a premier provider of background screening and drug screening services, has been recognized by the Kansas City Business Journal as a finalist for the 2010 Best Places to Work. A total of 30 finalists were named in the categories of small, medium and large companies. Validity is among 10 other companies in the Greater Kansas City area named as a finalist in their category.

The Kansas City Business Journal Best Places to Work program recognizes “companies for creating workplaces that pass muster with extremely knowledgeable judges – their employees.” All competing companies were ranked and finalists determined based on a confidential survey completed by a required percentage of employees. Said survey takes into account benefits, perks, interaction with management and overall employee satisfaction.

“Validity’s success can easily be attributed to our employees. Our work environment allows each member of our team to provide exemplary service to our clients,” said Darren Dupriest, President and CEO. “To be recognized with such prestigious companies in Kansas City is a true honor.”

The winners in each category are scheduled to be announced on October 1, 2010 and details of what sets finalists apart from the large field of candidates will be published in the October 8, 2010 print edition of the Kansas City Business Journal.
