Sabrina Basht, who has been with the company since 2011, has been appointed CEO, effective immediately. The current CEO and founder, www.linkedin.com/in/raymondmlee [Raymond Lee], will serve as Chief Product Officer and expand his focus on ensuring that Careerminds continues to provide a superior virtual product and service.

Ms. Basht, the company’s new CEO, has over 20 years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing and client management. “I’m excited to lead an entrepreneurial, technology-focused company. Mr. Lee noted that her experience was a prime driver in the decision to select her to lead the company. “Since her arrival, Sabrina has driven tremendous value and helped the company grow significantly by building an attractive client base and helping to develop the innovative approach that Careerminds deploys,” said Lee. “Now is the time to fine-tune and increase our focus on growing the business and continuing to cultivate long-term relationships.”
Ms. Basht previously held the position of Chief Client Champion and worked with clients daily. The move signals a deeper focus on customer service and a strong alliance between the company’s sales and marketing functions. This was reflected in the company’s decision to build out industry-specific products earlier in the year.
