Two years ago the inventors in the lab at Sonar6 came up with an idea that would change people management forever.

Performification is the nickname they’ve given to the new Analytics package Sonar6 is unveiling to the world in a live webinar on Thursday the 1st of September at 1:00pm (PDT) With further demos to follow at the HRTechnology Conference in Las Vegas 3 – 5 October 2011

The concept is so simple, yet so powerful:

– Move performance management away from an arduous annual review between manager and employee, towards a continuous social experience.

– Then, build a data model that rolls up employee information collected into a helicopter view that lets leaders make better people decisions.

Sonar6 Analytics takes all of the information collected in the review process, and creates interactive infographics, that make it incredibly easy to see what people are working on, identify stars and under performance, decide compensation, build succession plans, and more. Not only this but it gives unprecedented visualization of historical trends across the company while a the same time allowing you to quickly drill down to details on an individual level.

This release represents over two years work by various parts of the team and will be released in several stages; with the first release of part one available in Beta to all companies using Sonar6 (including free trialists) from late August.

To really get just how different and useful the new analytics package is, you really have to see it in action so we’re inviting everyone to come along to the live webinar on the 1st of September. The demonstration will include the coolest, newly released features as well as some of the yet-to-be-released functionality that will be coming over the next few months.

Performification may sound like a made up word. Largely because it is, but Sonar6 analytics looks BRILLIANT and you need to make sure you’re one of the first to see it!
