WorldatWork Forms Strategic Alliance with e-reward.co.uk to Offer Global Compensation Education in the U.K.

June 8, 2011 — Washington — WorldatWork, a U.S.-based global human resources association, announced it has formed a strategic alliance with e-reward.co.uk, a web-based research and information service covering reward issues of the day.

Initially, the alliance will focus on offering Global Remuneration Professional or GRP® training classes to prepare reward professionals for certification through the WorldatWork Society for Certified Professionals. The GRP designation signifies expertise, professionalism and belonging to the foremost community of colleagues in the global reward field.

WorldatWork designations are known throughout the HR and rewards community as marks of expertise and excellence in all areas of rewards. WorldatWork Career Center data show that 83% of employers look for certification when recruiting HR professionals. Nearly 20,000 HR practitioners have attained a WorldatWork designation since certification was introduced in 1976.

The Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designation provides a foundation of knowledge spanning across borders. The GRP is earned by passing a required battery of eight examinations.

e-Reward.co.uk will offer the following courses in 2011:
• Total Rewards Management (GR1); 13—15 Sept 2011
• Quantitative Methods (GR2); 11—13 Oct 2011
• Job Analysis, Documentation and Evaluation (GR3); 15—17 Nov 2011

The above classes will be held at the Lion Court Conference Centre, 25 Procter Street, London, WC1V 6NY. For more information, click here.
