Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word “crowned,” winners were announced during a presentation banquet on Monday, February 22 in Miami Beach. More than 200 customer service and sales executives from the U.S. and several other countries attended.

More than 500 entries were submitted to this year’s competition. Finalists were chosen by business professionals worldwide during preliminary judging. Ceridian was named a Finalist in three 2010 Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service categories: Customer Service Department of the Year, Customer Service Leader of the Year, and Best Use of Technology in Customer Service. Members of the Awards’ Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs selected Stevie Award winners from among the Finalists.
