New Leadership Team Enhances The Kaleidoscope Group’s Capabilities

Diversity and inclusion consulting firm adds three senior executives

Chicago,Ill.— February 18, 2010 — The Kaleidoscope Group, L.L.C announced three new additions to its leadership team; Scott Hoesman, president; Jonamay Lambert, senior vice president of marketing; and Liz Vagell, senior vice president of Business Development. Also joining The Kaleidoscope Group is Karen Doer as a consultant/client service manager.

Scott Hoesman, previously the principal of the Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Practice at Capital H Group, brings a 10+ year proven track record as an innovator in this space. Through his thought leadership, strategic consulting and guidance of executive Diversity and Inclusion Councils, Scott is a sought-after resource by internal D&I practioners and business leaders. Scott is a published subject matter expert on disabilities, gender, generations and sexual orientation.  He is also known for his ability to drive successful implementation of full-scale, long-term D&I strategies and culture change with organizations of every size including Fortune 100 companies, government agencies and smaller not-for-profit entities.

Jonamay (“Joni”) Lambert is the founder and former president of Lambert & Associates, a diversity and inclusion consulting firm. Lambert has over 20 years of experience in training, coaching and consulting services and is considered a “pioneer” in the field. As an experienced business owner, she understands the importance of ROI and is passionate about delivering actionable and practical D&I solutions. Elizabeth(“Liz”) Vagell, also formerly with Capital H Group, has extensive experience working with large and small organizations to support the delivery of D&I solutions including: large-scale education roll-outs, cultural assessments, and strategic consulting. Liz will lead the company’s Business Development Group, playing a key role in building client partnerships and ensuring superior service delivery and customer satisfaction across all industries. Clients value Liz for her ability to understand business needs, create customized strategies for client’s culture and provide outstanding follow-through. Liz is the recipient of a Tribute to Women and Industry (TWIN) award.

Karen Doerr joins The Kaleidoscope Group in the role of Client Service Manager (CSM) after serving as Client Resource Manager at Capital H Group. Her talents in areas such as process improvement, workforce planning, project management and human resources management are essential in the CSM role. Karen is passionate about the diversity and inclusion field and has successfully facilitated a variety of diversity awareness and inclusion skill-building workshops. Karen is also active in the Chicago opera and musical theatre community, where she has performed at the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Next Theatre, the Ravinia Festival and other local venues.
