Chicoyne joins HealthcareSource from Salary.com, where he served as their Chief Financial Officer from 2008 until its acquisition by Kenexa Corporation in October 2010. During his tenure as CFO, Salary.com had significant growth in revenue and customer count despite challenging economic conditions.

Prior to Salary.com, from 2004-2008, Chicoyne was CFO at Harvard Bioscience (NASDAQ — HBIO), a global developer and marketer of life science research products. From 2002-2004, Bryce was Director of Financial Reporting Apogent Technologies (formerly NYSE-AOT) a provider of laboratory and scientific products with over $1 billion in revenue, acquired by Fisher Scientific in 2004. Mr. Chicoyne holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Southern New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College.
