The Healthcare HR Leadership “Front of the Front Line” Award will be bestowed annually at the HRO Today People In Healthcare Summit event.
Presented by leading RPO provider Cielo Healthcare, this latest award was created to celebrate exceptional HR leaders that have supported their people and ultimately their patients with winning talent strategies designed to attract, engage and retain mission-driven talent. In light of the unprecedented situation HR executives have led through since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, the inaugural award will honor leaders who served their people and managed under stressful conditions in 2020 to support “the front of the front lines.”

To be held in Houston this November 11-12, the 2021 People In Healthcare Summit will recognize the work of HR, medical, and business leadership that effectively implemented programs that kept essential medical workers engaged to fight burnout & build resilience, staffed crucial positions and implemented performance management of non-medical support staff while transitioning to remote work and battled the pandemic.
