Jacksons Point, Ontario, Canada HR.com, the largest network of human resources (HR) executives, has opened registration for the 2021 virtual Human Experience Summit, which will bring together HR leaders to experience engagement and leadership development solutions to optimize their skills and human experience as well as inspire their own workforces. The virtual event will take place February 16 – 18, 2021.

Led by top HR experts and thought leaders, the interactive pre-conference and two-day event will be hosted virtually, giving attendees a greater networking reach and a diverse learning experience. Prior to the event, attendees can attend the pre-conference on February 16th where they can participate in workshops with SAP SuccessFactors as they focus on defining what “human experience management” means to them, to better drive employee engagement and create a more adaptive organization.

Once the conference kicks off on February 17th, breakout sessions and roundtables for each topic track will be led by seasoned HR leadership professionals, with options for attendees to earn certification credits. Participants will also experience keynote presentations, networking opportunities, exhibitor booths, and the distinguished LEAD Awards ceremony, all in the virtual summit platform.

For over 38 years Leadership Excellence a publication of HR.com has identified and recognized the top leadership organizations and schools for their development programs. The annual LEAD Awards recognize exemplary courses and programs that improve leadership and organizational development. Award winners of the 38th annual LEAD Awards program will be celebrated on February 18th at the Virtual Awards ceremony, closing out the event.

The summit will provide a space and dialogue for senior leaders and stakeholders to share ideas, collaborate, build valuable relationships and connections, and provide takeaways for their own workforce. The summit’s diverse topic tracks full of valuable workshops/breakout sessions and inspiring keynote presentations include:

  • Engagement and Recognition – rethink the way you engage and recognize customers and your workforce
