The hires officially round out HealthcareSource’s senior management team and give the Company more fuel to help achieve its long-term priorities: revenue growth, product enhancements, and client satisfaction.

Mark Connolly brings more than 20 years of sales and business development experience to HealthcareSource. In his role as VP of Sales reporting to Peter Segall, CEO of HealthcareSource, he is responsible for driving the HealthcareSource sales organization and its revenue growth strategies. Prior to joining HealthcareSource, Mark was Director of Sales for IBM in the Lotus division. Before that, he served as Vice President of Sales for several early stage companies (including Bowstreet, Watchfire, and e-Credit), where he built sales teams and led sales revenue growth from early stages to $25 million – $50 million in annual revenue. Mark also served as Vice President of Business Development for Computer Associates and held several sales and leadership positions with Kronos, Inc. He is a graduate of Northeastern University with a BA in Education.
David St. Pierre joins HealthcareSource at its new VP of Engineering and CTO backed by an expanse of industry and educational experience. Also reporting to Peter Segall, he will oversee the engineering and network operations teams for HealthcareSource. Before coming to HealthcareSource, David was CTO at Greenfield Online, where he helped the company grow to a $100M global provider of software for enterprise surveys and panels. Prior to Greenfield Online, he was the SVP of Engineering and Product Management at Engage Inc. David holds a BA in Math from the College of the Holy Cross and an MS in Computer Science from Boston University.
